The Shih Tzu, also known as the Poodle. Native to China and originated in the 17th century. Originally from Tibet, they were kept as watchdogs in lamaseries. Manju Shuri, the god of Lama learning, often carried small dogs that could change into lions. The Shih Tzu is an ancient dog breed of Tibetan origin, thought to be a cross between the Lhasa Apso and the Pekingese (Pekingese), with a cheerful, joyful and affectionate temperament. Friendly and trusting to all.
