The main symptoms of eczema in dogs are papules, red spots, scabs, blisters, blistering and other skin injuries, accompanied by heat, pain and itching. Acute eczema in dogs may appear as a blotchy or varyingly shaped erythematous eczema on the affected area and the dog’s body may be very itchy. This may be followed by different periods of papular, blistering, pustular and vesicular stages.
