The Australian Shepherd is a dog that can produce different coloured eyes depending on the individual. Among them are blue eyes and, in rare cases, dogs with intersex eyes (two eyes of different colours) may appear. It is a very active sheepdog and very intelligent. The Old Shepherd’s eyes are also typically blue, can also be brown, grey and shaded, and the two eyes are different, determined by its pedigree. The ancestry of this dog includes the Long Bearded Sheepdog and various European Sheepdogs.
