Why dogs should not eat chicken bones

Because dogs have difficulty digesting chicken bones and most of them are sharp, they can easily get stuck in the dog’s throat or cut the oesophagus or become blocked in the gastrointestinal tract, causing abnormalities such as vomiting, diarrhoea and blood in the dog. It is also advisable to remove the bones before feeding fish or other foods containing bones.
