Urinary stones, also known as urolithiasis, is a collective term for kidney stones, ureteral stones, bladder stones and urethral stones. It is characterised clinically by difficulty in urination, pain at the site of obstruction and haematuria. Treatment: In mild cases, a mineral-poor, vitamin A-rich diet can be given, with the appropriate prescription food and plenty of clean water daily.
