Do cats cry?

Cats will cry. But not because of emotions. Although cats do have emotions, they do not express them through tears, but by howling, such as someone encroaching on the territory, feeling scared, etc. When cats are found to have watery eyes, the following factors are mainly considered: firstly, caused by eye diseases, such as bacterial and viral infections. Usually cats will show symptoms such as watery eyes, sneezing and conjunctivitis. Secondly, foreign bodies inside the eyes, such as eyelashes that are too long causing irritation to the eyeballs will also cause tears. When you find a foreign body in your cat’s eye, you should gently help it to remove the foreign body. Thirdly, feed the cat some food with high salt content. This will be improved by giving the cat a lighter, lower salt cat food.
