Bichons generally stop growing around 10 months of age, when the dog is nearing adulthood and is almost developed and will not grow any more. The fastest growth occurs when the Bichon is 4 to 6 months old, and slows down when the Bichon reaches 7 to 9 months of age. During the Bichon’s growth and development, it is necessary to feed it easily digestible, highly nutritious food and give it appropriate calcium supplements for better bone development.
