French Bulldog Introduction

The French Bulldog (FRENCH BULLDOG) is an active, intelligent, muscular dog with heavy bones, a smooth, compact coat, and a medium or small body size. The expression appears alert, curious and interested. Any alteration to him, other than the removal of the wolf paw, is wrong and out of order. The French Bulldog is affectionate, generous, loyal, persistent, brave and has a unique taste that is fully expressed in expression and movement. It is a good toy dog that is kind to children, but also tough, capable and curious about new things. History and OriginThe French Bulldog is a dog of French origin. The ancestors were English Bulldogs, especially the vertical-eared Toy Bulldogs. Around 1860, many Toy Bulldogs came to France from England and crossed with other local breeds to eventually become the small, flat-skulled, rose-eared or bat-eared French Bulldog. There are many theories about its origin, but one of the strongest is that in the 1860s, many English bulldogs were sent to France as pleasure dogs to be mated with pugs and terriers, giving birth to these dogs. In 1990, two types were born, the bat-eared and the rose-eared, with the bat-eared being the standard type, and in 1868 a small bulldog appeared in Paris, which was the earliest French bulldog. The French bulldog was first exhibited in 1889 and soon became a favorite. Edward VII was a great admirer of the breed. The breed is mainly distributed in France, Europe, and the United States. The breed was later known as the European and American lines.
