Cats with a small amount of red eye droppings can actually be fine without too much worry, it may be a normal physiological phenomenon. If it is more runny and secreted daily, consider whether the cat has a fire, eye inflammation, conjunctival problems, etc. At this point the owner is advised to take the vet to confirm the diagnosis.
