If the cat’s body temperature is only 37 degrees, it should be kept warm. If the ambient temperature is too low, the cat’s body temperature will usually return to normal within a few hours. In addition, hypoglycaemia or other diseases can also cause hypothermia. Owners should observe closely and take their cats to the hospital for examination and treatment when abnormalities are found.
