Puppies generally need three vaccinations against infectious diseases in their first year, followed by an annual booster. The two, four, six and eight doses of these vaccines are currently in common use, all of which contain the micro-virus vaccine. If the antibody level is sufficient, there is no need to worry. If the antibody level is not sufficient, it is possible that the vaccination has failed and a new vaccination is recommended.
