The main signs of allergy that may occur in dogs after vaccination are: persistent salivation, tearing, runny nose, confusion, oedema of the skin on the head, corneal congestion, difficulty or shortness of breath, vomiting, diarrhoea, blood in the stool and shock. Coma after vaccination may be an allergic reaction to the vaccine and should be taken to hospital as soon as possible.
