What causes diarrhoea in dogs

Firstly, infectious diarrhoea caused by microorganisms such as viruses and bacteria, or parasites, is collectively referred to as infectious diarrhoea. Clinically common infectious diarrhoea includes microvirus infection, coronavirus infection, Escherichia coli infection, Salmonella infection, as well as Giardia lamblia infection and Trichomonas fetus infection. Secondly, endogenous diarrhoea, there are a number of internal diseases that cause diarrhoea, collectively known as endogenous diarrhoea. Common diseases include pancreatitis, digestive allergies, digestive food intolerance, delayed posterior end of the intestine and diarrhoea caused by impaired water reabsorption in the colon. Thirdly, disorders, such as inactivation of intestinal probiotics, disturbances in intestinal flora, inappropriate use of antibiotics and hormonal disorders, can all cause disordered diarrhoea.
