Symptoms of heatstroke in dogs include: increased body temperature of 40°C or more, decreased appetite, lack of energy, unresponsiveness, increased panting rate, rapid breathing, rapid heartbeat, unsteady pace, lying still on the ground, elongated neck, foaming at the mouth, coma and shock. Severe heat stroke in dogs can be life-threatening and requires immediate medical attention.
