To apply for a dog licence, you need to prepare a one-inch photograph of your dog and then go to the dog licensing office in each district to obtain and fill out a dog licensing information checklist. Then take it to the ward committee and police station for stamping and payment of the relevant fees. Simply take all the vouchers to the pet health surveillance office to have an identification chip implanted.
