There are roughly four steps to apply for a dog licence. Firstly, take your dog to get a canine health certificate, then prepare the relevant documents and submit an application to the police station, take your dog to get an ID chip after the application is approved, and finally take the proof of the chip implant back to the police station and wait for a while before you can collect your dog licence.
