The normal price for a Shih Tzu is between 1500 and 6000, depending on coat colour, bone mass, pedigree and health, but there are also significant differences in price between male and female, puppy and adult, and between different classes of dog in different cities. The average family dog will cost between 1200 and 2400, with a slightly better quality dog costing between 2400 and 5000.
