Vomiting yellow water in cats does not necessarily mean feline distemper. Improper diet, parasitic infection etc. can also cause yellow water vomiting. If there are no other symptoms, fast for half a day and give more water and probiotics to regulate the gut. If the vomiting is accompanied by other abnormal symptoms, take the cat to hospital for examination.
