Kimba refers to the Pekingese, also known as the Chinese poodle, court poodle, etc. It is a small pleasure dog originating from the ancient Chinese court, and its various improved types are widely bred in many countries around the world. The coat of the Pekingese is long, white, yellow and brown; the legs are short and the body structure is compact; the head and face are broad and flat, the eyes are large and round, the nose and muzzle are short and upward; the ears are hairy and folded down on both sides of the head; the trunk is large and small and the long hair on the neck makes it resemble a small male lion.
