Cockroach pills are harmful to dogs. When a dog accidentally ingests cockroach pills take it to the hospital for examination promptly. If the accidental cockroach pills are toxic and in large amounts, untreated dogs may die. Some cockroach pesticides are not very toxic and are consumed in small amounts and dogs do not show a significant toxic reaction, but over time they may cause chronic poisoning. Owners should usually keep such items out of reach of their dogs.
