Dogs with toe infections can be disinfected with hydrogen peroxide or iodine volts, followed by the application of a compound itraconazole ointment. Cut the hair between the toes appropriately if necessary and also wear an Elizabethan ring to prevent your dog from scratching and licking. Also, keep the feet dry and dry them thoroughly if they touch the bottom of the feet.
