There are four doses of Intervet 4. The vaccination schedule is usually four times, two puppy vaccinations and two quadruple vaccinations, or two puppy vaccinations and two hexa vaccinations, followed by rabies vaccination. There is also an alternative immunisation option of one puppy vaccination and two quadruple vaccinations, which is also effective. Some hospitals do not have a diphtheria vaccine and start directly with a quadruple vaccine, in which case three quadruple vaccinations are required.
