How many days does canine coronavirus take to die?

Canine coronavirus is an infectious disease characterised by gastroenteritis and has an incubation period of one to three days. The sudden onset of the disease is characterised by depression, loss of appetite, vomiting and the excretion of foul-smelling, soft, mucousy faeces, with the excrement of the affected dog being the main source of infection. The dog will rapidly become dehydrated and lose weight, and should be treated symptomatically with fluids. The incidence of the disease is high, but the mortality rate is low and most dogs will recover with timely treatment. Coronavirus is not usually fatal in dogs.
