How good is a schnauzer?

The Sheltie has no body odour, is very clean, is strong and not prone to illness, is not too large and friendly to people, and is well suited to domestic ownership. However, there are some minor drawbacks such as being possessive, provoking other dogs, being energetic, needing to be walked regularly and although he does not shed, his coat is difficult to care for. The Sheltie is still a very good breed to have if its faults are accepted.
