Severe anaemia in cats can be saved by timely and symptomatic treatment. If the anaemia is caused by accidental excessive bleeding, stop the bleeding and give the cat a blood transfusion if necessary. If the anaemia is caused by haemolytic anaemia, give the cat a blood transfusion in time and then treat it with an immune antibiotic. If it is nutritional anaemia, strengthen nutrition and maintain a balanced nutritional intake in the daily diet, as well as replenishing the blood building substances and eating foods high in protein.
