It is not recommended to give cats tap water. Drinking a small amount once or twice will not affect health, but if drunk for a long time, it may lead to gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhoea, vomiting and other adverse reactions in cats. It is recommended to prepare pure water, purified water or cool plain water for cats.
