The Alaskan Krieker, like its close relatives the Alaskan Eskimo and the Alaskan Sled Dog, is prone to silence towards raw people. They have a typical Nordic temperament and are an active, alert breed with a strong physical tolerance. It also requires its owner to spend a lot of time with it to burn off excess energy, is a big eater and sheds a lot of hair. It is good to have if you can accept its faults.
