Once a Golden has heatstroke symptoms, the first step is to untie the collar, chest strap, or other items that are wrapped around or hanging from the Golden’s body. If the dog is only drooling, panting, agitated mild heatstroke situation, you can first reduce the environmental temperature, such as moving the dog to the shade, or give it a fan, cooling, and then give the right amount of water can slowly recover.
