The causes of separation anxiety in dogs can be caused by the following reasons: 1. Disruption of routine: Dogs, like humans, do not like their routine to be disrupted. 3, changes in family members: the sudden increase or decrease of family members or the arrival of other pets. 4, diseases: many diseases such as urinary tract infections, bladder sphincter weakness, digestive disorders, cognitive disorders in the elderly, etc. All can cause “separation anxiety disorder”.
