Dog license preparation information
In order to facilitate you to quickly apply for the dog license you need to prepare the following information in advance.
1. A photo of the owner’s ID card or proof of identity.
2, Changsha “three real platform” registered housing information or temporary residence permit or temporary residence permit photo or stamped property lease contract or photo or property certificate or property certificate photo.
