Teddy should not be kept outdoors in winter. Teddy has a short coat and is not able to withstand the cold like a long-haired dog. The Teddy is small and cannot store a lot of subcutaneous fat, so it is very cold and should not be kept outdoors. You should also prepare a warm doghouse or blanket to help keep your dog warm.
