The tail of the French bucket is born or to break the tail

The tail of a French bucket is natural and does not normally need to be broken. A pureblooded bucket is born with a short tail, thicker at the root and thinner at the tip, with an overall spiral shape that looks as if it has no tail. Most of the long-tailed Frenchies that need to have their tails broken are not of pure pedigree, and most of the artificially broken tails have a flatter tip, which is quite different from the short tails they were born with. There are many ways to break the tail of a puppy, but the most common way is to block the blood flow and let the back part of the tail die naturally.
