Is the Border Collie a good breeder?

The Border Collie is one of the better breeds, with a lively and friendly personality, a very high IQ, and an extremely beautiful coat, rarely barking, ideal for breeding as a companion dog, but the only disadvantages that need attention are two: 1. The floor is almost all its hair, need to spend a lot of time to clean up; 2. high energy: side shepherd itself is a sheepdog, morning and evening need at least an hour to walk, so office workers and apartment party is very unsuitable for breeding.
