The owner of a dog with a cold can take a little bit of veterinary cold medicine at home, just in case. If your dog suddenly catches a cold, there is no hospital around and no pet medicine, as a last resort you can feed your dog a little human cold medicine, such as Pancreatic or cold flush, which must be less than the human dose. When a puppy has a cold, the dog should be insulated, you can lay more mats, cotton or put a stove in the place where it sleeps, to warm up the cold.
