Why is the Reintroduction Dog banned?

The most basic prerequisite for dog ownership is that the dog does not hurt people. Because the Reintel is a hunting dog, there is still a lot of wildness in it and it is large, so many cities are concerned about this and have banned people from keeping it. Even if they are not banned, the Reintel has difficulty adapting to city life. It requires so much exercise that it simply cannot be kept without a wide open space, and the fastest running woofers are not for nothing.
