Eye redness is a common clinical sign of eye disease in dogs, mainly due to inflammation of the eye, which can have serious consequences if left untreated or not treated properly. Commonly seen are: conjunctivitis, sclerositis, keratitis and severe corneal ulcers. They need to be taken to hospital for diagnosis.
