Dietary or infectious diseases can cause diarrhoea in pregnant dogs. Due to the special nature of pregnant dogs, it is recommended that when a pregnant bitch develops diarrhoea she should be taken to the hospital promptly for examination and treatment as prescribed by the doctor.
