What to do if your cat has a benign tumour

Benign tumours do not grow uncontrollably as malignant tumours do. Generally speaking, benign tumours grow more slowly and when they are relatively small they do not have any effect on the cat’s body and do not require special treatment. The main danger to cats from benign tumours is that if the tumour grows large, it can produce local pressure symptoms.
