What should I do if my cat’s teeth bleed out?

Hello, normal cats usually start to replace their teeth around 4 months old, when decayed teeth will fall out and permanent teeth will grow in. Some cats may have slight bleeding when they lose their teeth, which generally does not require special treatment. If an adult cat has lost a bleeding tooth it needs to be taken to hospital for an examination to see if there is any residue at the root of the tooth.
