What is the difference between an Alaskan and a Husky?

Body Type: Adult Alaskans weigh over 80 pounds and adult Huskies generally weigh between 50 and 60 pounds. Coat: Most Alaskan Shelties are long haired, Huskies are short haired. Eyes: Most Huskies are double blue-eyed and heterochromatic, most Alaskan Shelties are almond-eyed.
