Native cats are not vaccinated because they are more resistant than breed cats and are less prone to illness when kept. When keeping a native cat, it is usually kept at home and will basically not be exposed to infectious germs. When keeping a native cat, it should be wormed regularly and if it runs out to play a lot, it is better to take it for a vaccination for more insurance.
