What causes blood in the dog’s stool

Blood in the dog’s stool is just one symptom that distinguishes between diarrhoea of the large intestine, and diarrhoea of the small intestine. Depending on the age, it is usually caused by different possibilities. Commonly acute gastroenteritis, food intolerance, parasites, foreign bodies in the gastrointestinal tract, infectious diseases, intestinal tumour polyps, pancreatitis, liver and kidney disease, etc. Too many causes can cause bloody stools.
