What breed of cat is the Surprise Cat

It is a British Shorthair blue and white cat that happens to have a grey patch on its chin and always has a very surprised expression. The British Shorthair has a round, chubby body, round head and round brain, always with a silly expression, and is easy to keep. It is now the most widely distributed breed among cat breeders.
