Before a dog dies there are usually the following signs: decreased mental appetite or even not eating; dry nose; increased discharge; weakness of the limbs, immobility and increased sleepiness; abnormal urination and defecation; breathing difficulties; and decreased body temperature. Some dogs may also find a place to hide.
