Common parasites are divided into internal parasites as well as external parasites. The main internal parasites are roundworms, tapeworms and coccidia, while the external parasites are fleas, lice and ticks. There are also blood parasites such as Babesia, heartworm and toxoplasma. Parasites can attack your dog’s health, feed on your dog’s nutrients and also have a chance of infecting people. It is important to know what parasites can infect your dog on a daily basis so that we can deworm your dog in a targeted manner. In vitro deworming is recommended once a month with medication containing selamectin and fipronil, and in vivo deworming is recommended once every 1-3 months with dewormers containing praziquantel and milbemycin ingredients. For your dog’s health, be sure to deworm regularly on a monthly basis.
