The difference between mites and fungus

The difference between a French bucket mite and a fungus is mainly in the following areas. Firstly, fungus is a microorganism, while mites are parasites. Secondly, the two cause different symptoms. Fungus causes jock itch, hair loss and dandruff; mites cause itching, redness and thickening of the skin; thirdly, they are treated differently.
