Once there are worms in the cat’s body, the cat may suffer from weight loss, diarrhoea, vomiting, blood in the stool, jelly-like faeces and so on. If any of these conditions occur, a faecal examination needs to be carried out in hospital to see if worms are present. Once diagnosed, internal deworming will be required.
