Symptoms of anorexia in dogs

The clinical signs of anorexia in dogs are: loss of appetite or loss of appetite, weight loss and malnutrition. Forced feeding can lead to vomiting, oedema, electrolyte disturbances, acid-base imbalance and hormone imbalance. Severe anorexia can also lead to a decline in heart function, shock or even death. However, anorexia nervosa is rarely encountered in clinical practice, but mostly in dogs that are picky eaters.
