Is the tiger-spotted feline prone to illness?

The tiger-spotted folds are prone to morbidity as the folds themselves carry chondropathy and have a high probability of developing it. The Tiger Spotted Fold is usually more likely to develop when it is young and the onset is variable in adulthood. When the tiger-spotted fold cat develops, it will show symptoms such as a stiff tail, arching of the back, deformed toes and lameness.
