It is normal for a dog’s nasal bone to have a depressed structure to the touch just above the tip of the nose, it is not a fracture or other problem and is not something to be overly concerned about. If you suspect a problem with your dog’s nose bone, you can take your dog to the hospital for a dr film to confirm the diagnosis. Symptomatically, your dog may appear to scream suddenly, be reluctant to eat and touch the area around the nose, so if you notice any similar symptoms seek medical attention promptly.
